Dennis Poulsen

Managing Partner & Co-Founder

Dennis began his career in as product manager for mobile device intelligence company Mobilethink. In 2009, he co-founded Tweakker together with Mobilethink and took up the role of Tweakker’s CEO in 2011. In September 2014, Tweakker was acquired by Spirent Communications plc, a California-based company listed on the UK stock exchange. In Spirent, as Vice President Business Development he Built and led an IoT program focusing on embedded SIM (e-sim)and global connectivity in IoT hardware.

As a business development, sales and management oriented executive, Mr Poulsen has broad experience within the IoT and mobile industries including international B2B sales at executive level. He enjoys working with start-ups and established companies that aim to capture market share or seek to broaden their market scope by re-positioning their brands and products.

Mr. Poulsen holds a B.Sc in Information Studies & Organizational Anthropology, Aarhus University, Denmark, as well as an MsC, Science & Information Technology, from the same university.

Daniel Laursen

Partner & Co-Founder

Daniel Laursen, is a community builder in the Nordic startup ecosystem. He started back in 2010 his personal blog Trendsonline, with his passion for startups and a unique enthusiasm he grew the blog to a media for startups. In the first four years he hosted over 150 podcast for startups in Denmark with interviews of founders like David Helgason, Tommy Ahlers, Peter Mühlmann and the last but not least Chris Sacca.

From 2010 to 2017 he also founded or been a key initiator to Welovestartups, NordicGameBits, NordicStartupBits, Nordicmade, VentureVillage and GamesBusiness. Was the driver behind TechBBQ the first three years with the organization Trendsonline as the operational partner.

Before Daniel took his journey in the startup ecosystem he founded the publication startup Amazezig and holds a degree in computer graphic and design

René Giese

Partner & Co-Founder

René Giese is an experienced leader in the Digital IT Solutions and Software industry with a strong passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.

In 2002, René joined Microsoft to drive several roles within business strategy, sales and marketing over a period of 12 years. In 2011, René received a Microsoft Gold Star Award for the results and his efforts in bringing the commercial Windows product portfolio to market.

Most recently, René was the Country Sales Director at Experian - a leading global provider of data services, decision analytics, and decision support software solutions - responsible for the Danish market. Before that, he was a Managing Director at d60 A/S - a Danish software application development and business intelligence solution provider - leading sales, marketing, solution delivery, and R&D.

René holds a M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technical University in Denmark.

Michael Moesgaard Andersen

Investor and board member

Michael Moesgaard Andersen runs his own venture activities currently with a portfolio of 10 investments together with his team. He has been instrumental in numerous successful exits over the years, such as Andersen Management International, CBB Mobil, v2tel, Mobilethink, Tweakker, and Configit. Michael is furthermore an adj. Professor of strategy at Copenhagen Business School, and in this capacity he has published numerous articles and books with focus on next generation practices, digital rebels, and black swan companies.

Flemming Poulfelt

Board member

Flemming Poulfelt is Professor of Management & Strategy and Vice Dean of Research Communication at Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. His current research focuses on strategy, managing knowledge intensive firms, management consulting and global leadership. Flemming Poulfelt has published extensively. His most recent publications are "Managing the Knowledge-Intensive Firm", "Return on Strategy", "Management Consulting Today and Tomorrow" and "Consultant-Client Collaboration – Coping with Complexity and Change." He has held visiting positions at various universities in the US and Australia. He has been giving seminars and lectures on most continents. He is on the board of several companies and he acts as a consultant.
